Hi Teresa

I don't have my images binder handy right now so I'm not sure which clown
your working on, but when I am making People figures with a single balloon
head, I always use a helium filled 16 inch balloon. This helps it stay
upright, but only if the facial features are lightweight, like foam pieces
or small balloons. I use as little cool glue as possible making sure the
features are secure. I also use a 3.5 - 4.5 inch balloon cluster as a
"collar" at the base of the head to hold it upright. I then tie it directly
to the pole, using curling ribbon.

Hope this helps,
