Date: Mon, 16 Oct 2000 20:33:09 -0400 Theresa: The easiest way I have found to attach toppers to columns, whether they be "clown heads" or 16" balloons, is to tie a 260Q to the knot of said topper. You then have a lot of "give" with which to tie your topper to your column. Simply wrap the 260Q around several clusters and tie it in to your conduit. You should also be sure that you have a nice cushion of a cluster of balloons close to the top of your conduit. This way, you also have a lot of "give" when you are pulling your topper down. The top cluster of balloons will apply upward pressure as you are pulling your topper down and securing it. Works like a charm, and you can adjust your topper as you see fit. John C.
