Tumble drying them on a low setting will be better if possible. Even then, once wet, they will tend to stick and be difficult to blow up as the talc inside the balloon swill have clogged. If they were really wet, it's probably not worth the effort of trying to save them, because the only real option is to dry the outsides of the balloons, and individually turn them inside out then dry the insides. Your time is too valuable. Hopefully, you are insured....
