Subject: "Flower" technique for latex balloons

I really need to take a long vacation.  I am "re-arranging" my office so I have misplaced all of my tapes and books but have a question which I need help with.

I need to make a "latex daisy" for a client, (utilizing [5] 11" latex balloons with a latex inflated "center").

How do I do this?  One pair tied together right....and then nothing....the mind goes BLANK.....

I know there really are "no stupid questions", but....

I would appreciate any "direction" thanks!
