Subject: Contract for Delivery Driver

Hi, all!

I desperately need a delivery person!  I finally have come to the conclusion 
(6 years later!) that I can't do everything, and do it well.  So, my question 
to all you seasoned veterans is this:

Is there some sort of  generic contract available that I can have a delivery 
person sign that would be simple yet effective?  I would like to make them 
like a consultant, so I am not responsible for their taxes, insurance, etc.  
But, yet, I want to protect myself in the event that something unforseen 
arises down the road, so to speak.

I've tried courier services, but, they are outrageous.

So, if anyone can share a contract or ideas with me, I would be ever so 
appreciative!
