Here is the website www.spikeandmike.com  The tape is called "Sick and
Twisted," volume is number Six.  The name of the short is "Billys' Balloon."
The whole tape is trashy, profane, dirty, obscene, in fact, I loved it.  The
site has a number of cartoon shorts availible to be watched with real player.
The site is NOT for children or the faint hearted.  The cartoon was an award
winner in 99 for Best Short Film and has been shown at our local limited
release theatre a couple of times in animated festivals.  Hope you enjoy it.
