I just had a store request that I do a black cat arch. I saw a pic of one in the Balloons & Parties magazine lastest issue but was wondering if anyone out there could give me instructions of how to build that? I would need to go buy the materials this weekend if possible so they can have their store display completed by next week. I have an idea of how to do it, but I'm not sure. I have done pearl arches before and I have done spiral columns and full sized sculptures using the spiral column method, but I have never done a spiral arch before. I would assume this cat can be air blown onto pvc piping so it will be long lasting. but I'm not sure how to attach the tail and the 3' head. Can anyone out there help me on this one? And how do I anchor this? Will it stand alone or will it have to be strung to the ceiling to insure it does not topple over. They want to place this cat arch for customers to walk thru so insurance and safety matters to consider here. This will be my first job for this drug store. If this goes well, I may get more jobs from him, as he LOVES balloons!!! Thanks for the help. Lorrie Perry Up Up & Away (Balloons & Gift Baskets in R.I.) LPBuyer@aol.com " Buy a Balloon......
