I think I understand....put a cup on the straw to thread the neck through,
pull to the side, and then add a little rubber cement to the straw/balloons
where it's wedged between the petal balloons for the stem.

Hi Everybody,
I need to make air filled 5 pedal balloon flowers and am wondering if anyone

has an easy tip to connecting the center balloon to a straw and pulling the 
straw down between the pedals so that it looks like the flower stem. I don't

want the center balloon to sit on top of the straw. Clear as mud?
