I do not work with out a contract.  I worked with a High School last spring without a contract and boy was I sorry.  If it is in writing then there is no question.  We dealt with one person but one particular mothers had different ideals on what we were suppose to provide and shecaused us many night mares for she did not want to pay us even though we had a P.O. number. She recruited others and only gave 1/2 of the story and got them to write letters etc. I will never work without a contract again it is the only way to do business professional.  With a contract everyone is further ahead. Also I have in my contract that I will be the only one providing balloons or there is a $500.00 fee.
