Has anyone  heard of this  company :      Balloon Promotions  aka  Yuli 
Enterprises Inc  from Wayne  New Jersey?   I am a Certified Balloon Artist in 
Portsmouth  New Hampshire and  have found that this company  has   entered  
my   market of  car dealerships  and    have low balled all my  prices  and  
have taken  about 8  bi weekly  dealerships.  Has enyone  had  this problem 
happen to them, as this company is  about  6 hour drive from me.  Please 
respond  with  what is hould  do   and  if  this  type of   instance has  
happen  to you?
