Subject: Korean 1st Birthday

Hello List, I'm stumped on this request and was hoping someone could help me.

An adoptive mother wants to celebrate her daughter's 1st birthday in the Korean
tradition.  A 1st birthday is supposedly celebrated in a big way.  Are there
special balloons for such an occasion??  To the Korean readers out there,
please, please excuse my ignorance.
