recently there was a post asking for directions to the face of the black cat 
arch shown in Balloons and parties magazine.  I was one of the many folks 
involved in this arch, with my area of focus being the face.  I'm proud to 
say this was a piece created for a mall by the Long island Qualatex Balloon 
Network Chapter.  Not sure why it wasn't submitted to the magazine as such, 
but nonetheless, this is proof positive that QBN chapters are not only a 
great source of education within this industry, but helps to build important 
qualities such as teamwork within individuals.  Email me privately and I will 
be happy to go into depth as to how the face was designed.
