Subject: cup n'sticks

Hello Everyone, 

I was rereading my May/June Weddings with Style magazine and
I came across the instructions for the balloon centerpiece called Heart's
Desire. The materials list called for 6 cup n'sticks. My question, where can I
buy them? I assume they are a stick with a small cup on the end. Can anyone
help?
