I don't want to take up a lot of space here. Basically, BATF has decided that it will continue to regulate use, and it must be shipped as a Class 1.4S explosive ( requiring Dangerous Goods handling ). A BATF license will be required for purchase and use. Unless you have the shocktube shipped to the facility where it will be used ( and use all of it there ), then you'll be required to have a type IV or higher explosives magazine in which to store unused tubing. We've prepared a one page sheet with full information, it can be faxed or found online at: http://www.theatrefx.com/products/nomatch_new_regs.pdf ******************************************************** Steven H.
