Subject: Parade Help!

Hello everyone!  I am attempting my second parade and am looking for any
words of wisdom from any of you who have experienced it yourself.  My
first parade was a disaster, and I am hoping my second will be a success!
 The town I live in has an annual celebration that is put on by the
Lion's club, and the event is called "Lion's Roar Days", and I was
thinking of doing a "2000" with a lion jumping thru one of the hoops, but
I don't know how to do the lion.  Also, the town is 125 years old this
year, so I could do something with that.   I have a small flatbed trailer
I can use, or a truck, or just walk thru parade.     I am fairly new to
the business (5 months), and could use any help/advice you can give.
