I have been watching a friend of mine, and when she does an arch, she ties 
the balloons onto the line. I am wondering if it wouldn't be easier to use 
the balloon clips instead. I'm starting to purchase my starting inventory and 
accessories, and I would like to make an informed decision.

Also - I was looking for a supplier for helium, and here's what I found:

Long term Rental -

$50 deposit
$77 regulator for latex and mylar (purchase)
$39 large tank (400 balloon capacity)
$24 medium tank (150 balloon capacity)

Is this a good deal?
