The real way to find out if these are good prices is to check with other
suppliers.
For a newbie just starting the prices look pretty good. when you start using
three or four tanks each and every week then you have some leverage to get a
better price.
The regulator is another story.  Is it the prefered regulator or is there a
better one for little price difference. Try several models before buying.
