For those of you that plan ahead, keep your eyes open during the winter.
Last winter, I purchased 24 bolts of tulle at .33/yard when Joann's had a
sale (fabric/craft store)  Unfortunately, it didn't last me all season, so I
have purchased it through Mayflower, white only, at $28.50/bolt or sales at
Joanns for .50/yard.
