Hi Lisa,
I think I may have answered your questions in my column for the BHQ in July.
If not, write me privately.
Basically, using shorter string of pearls arches outdoors is an instant
distaster looking to happen. They can tangle faster than you can move.
This is why I always recommend a framed, air filled, sprial arch. They are
so much sturdier and will hold up to rain as well as wind and sun. Try
it... hopefully it will work for you.

I know we have discussed outdoor decor to death but in exchage for some
balloons I get a booth at an outdoor community wide event. Lots of
dignitaries and such. I would like to do 2 columns on either side of the
table and then put something between the two. I'm not sure if an arch
would stay untangled and I really want something that will be catchy. I
live in Fl and the temps have been in the 90's. Would microfoils work
better than latex?
Thanks
