Subject: I am in trouble!

I recently took a large GEO blossom, Added a couple of 5" in the 
center, placed it at the top of a green bamboo stick. I then added 
two plastic leaves to the stem and I called it a FLOWER BALLOON!!! I 
suppose if I had called it a balloon flower or a floral balloon, i 
would have been OK!
My great fear now is that Flowers,Inc.Balloons in Bogart GA will find 
out and sue me.
Do we know? has any one a copyright on the word "balloon" How about 
if we only use it and other words in lower case? Or should we refer 
to them as a latex inflatable?
The balloon(inflatable) business sure has gotten difficult!
