 I did a picnic theme and made a arch of red & white checks. I
alternated the quads in size 10" quad then a 5" quad. Each 5" quad was
in white, the 10" quad was red and white. I rotated the colors for each
time the 10" was put on the line, so when you looked at the arch, each
line was red-white-red-white. The 5" balloons kept the 10" balloons in
line and were visually hidden. BUT, the wind came up and twisted the
arch in one spot, it was about impossible to correct once it was up.
This would work indoors much better.
