Hi!!!

I have a customer that would like air-filled spiral
garland wrapped around poles in a basement church.

First problem:  The poles are painted brown so I need
to cover that up with ivory colored paper or plastic
tablecloth.

Second:  I can't attach anything to the ceiling to
hold the garland up except maybe clear packing tape,
but the tape would have to be attached to pole also.

I am worried that the paper is going to fall down once
the garland is spiraled around and that the garland
just won't stay up.

Any suggestions?  I have seen the done many times
before so there must be a solution.
