We have just found out that we a doing a large job for a new Entertainment 
complex (22 movie theater and mall) our downtown area.  We plan to do some 
16" pearl style arches from the second floor of the three story building.  
Does anyone have a good way to get mono line from point A to point B which in 
some cases is around 50 ft down to 29 ft?  One of my thoughts is to have 3 
people:  one at A. one at B and one on the 1st floor- the person on the 1st 
floor can add He inflated latex to each end and "let it rise" to  each of the 
other two people.  Your help would be appreciated along with any other 
suggestions- the event is 8/29-9/2 we are doing several other things 
including 1-2 drops and some fishbone arches along with bunches of 16" in 
strategic places.
