 "I have a customer that would like air-filled spiral garland wrapped around
poles in a basement church.
I need to cover that up with ivory colored paper or plastic tablecloth.  I
can't attach anything to the ceiling to
 hold the garland up except maybe clear packing tape, but the tape would
have to be attached to pole also. I am worried  that the garland just won't
stay up."
