Greetings
once we did a center peice in black and white.  the base was a white ceremic
tile with a black mylar covered toilet paper tube glued on up-right onto the
tile. on top of the tube we put a white balloon with a black monocal eye .
To continue the theme on the perimeter of the room we had and 8" black tube
six feet tall with a 16" white balloon with the same monocal. the taller
"butlers" had either a cummerbun or a towel.  Looked very formal.
