Hi All,

I finally did the Toy Story "Woody" character and the Little Mermaid 
character. Both came out really great although I worked far too hard for what 
I charged. At the last minute my daughter told me that Woody's boots were 
brown and not black and I had to run to a party store and pay retail for a 
few latex. Anyway, this was my first real creative venture 'in my head'. I 
was very nervous because I didn't have a picture to refer to, just my ideas. 
I will have the pictures soon so you can check it out. Thanks to all the 
advice on making 'checks'. I think mine look more like polka dots but it 
still came out cute!

I would like to hear privately from any shop owners who may be able to answer 
questions. I'm kicking around that idea again because I really need to 
generate more income. There is only one place in my area that people go to 
pick up latex for parties and people are waiting in line over an hour to pick 
them up. I think they need a little competition and also something they don't 
offer is 'delivery'. I'm scared to make this step because of the unknown. 
Please offer any advice.
