To respond to the people having trouble in the heat. I don't think you can do
anything to protect balloons from the extreme heat./ We have done outdoor
parties and we tell people that if the balloons are inthe  sun they will not
last in hot hot weather. Oxidation isn't the worst problem, popping is. We
discourage balloons under these conditions. 
If there is a way to save these sales I wouldl be interested in knowing how.
