Artist Notes: This swan was for a birthday party in
a backyard pool. It was a rather cool day & overcast. We made the frame
from aluminum rod and covered it with 5\" balloons sized to 4\". there are
a few largeer balloons at the bottom to fill in the center and help it
float. We tethered the swan on 3 to 4 sides to keep it from drifting into
one corner.
