Summer Balloon Camp: Competition winners

For the first time at a balloon convention, winners were chosen by popular vote on site at the event and on-line by those people unable to attend.

This was a twisted sculpture competition. The rules were simple. The sculpture had to consist primarily of latex balloons that were twisted together. However entrants were free to use other supporting materials, as needed.
