A personal note from Dr. Balloonatic: I take my craft very seriously and I prefer that my creations be enjoyed by kids that are less likely to try to bite them or take them apart. So for this reason, please understand that for their safety, Dr. Balloonatic simply will not give a balloon to any child under the age of 3, even if they are the Birthday Child.
Every Dr. Balloonatic Birthday Party Package includes a balloon Birthday Cake (or other pre-arranged large balloon sculpture) that I present to the Birthday Child in a very magical way. This is a Memory Making Moment, and a great photo opportunity to share with friends and family. In the case of a Birthday Child under 3 years old, I seat the child with one or both parents and present the cake to them as a group.
