Subject: Red, White, and Blue Heart Date: Sat, 15 Sep 2001 20:34:54 -0400 From: "Mike Rue" I have put up in the loby of my dorm, a braided red, white, and blue heart. I have heard MANY comments about it. It looks very nice, and I have concidered putteing them up in the lobies of other dorms on campus. Instructions for a braided heart: 6 balloons (in this case, I used 2 white, 2red, and 2 blue) Inflate all balloons fully, and give them a good burp. then take three of your balloons, and twist all three of them together about 1 or 2 inches from the end, and start to braid, just like you would anything else.twist together at the end, so that the braid doesnt come undone. Then do the same with the other three balloons. Now take the knot end of both braids, and twist them together. Then twist the other ends together. Now bend it so it looks more like a heart.
