Subject: red, white and blue

Everyone was talking about wearing red, white and blue ribbons.  Well, I 
didn't have ribbon, but I do have balloons!  I tied three balloons of the 
colors around a safety pin and went. 
 I also made a bracelet by taking a white 260 with about 3" of air and tied 
it into a tight loop.  Then took a blue 260 and made a loop, tying it to the 
white one.  Then a 6" red heart balloon was tied into the middle of the 
loops.  The uninflated ends of the white and blue balloons were tied into a 
loop to go on the wrist.  Thought about writing "I love the USA" on it, but 
didn't this time.  The Prestige dark blue balloon looks really good for this 
creation.
