In the wake of the unspeakable tragedy that has befallen our country, we
realize a balloon convention has not necessarily been (nor should it be)
high on the list for anyone to be thinking about.

We would like to take this opportunity to extend the Early Bird pricing of
$399.00 for an additional week until September 21, 2001 to give Attendees
some time to collect their thoughts and submit their paperwork. You may
