Just wanted to take a moment to say Thank You to all the folks from this
list who have privately emailed me to comment and encourage me on my
post  'great opportunity, maybe'.  I was 'overwhelmed' by responses to
this.   Thank you everyone!! :-}

I will start preparing for the interview for next week.  After the
interview, I will post a response here on the list, and to let those
interested know how it turned out.

We have one other VERY Classy Restaurant/Hotel here in the county, which
I've also wanted to approach.  If Thursday goes well, perhaps that will
give me the confidence to approach this other restaurant also.
