Here's a statue of liberty costume idea to go with the statue of liberty at
the festival.  Make a tiara and then a torch for the person to wear.  There
are lots of tiara ideas (Chris Hayes' is my fave) and here's what I do for a
torch.

1 silver (or green) for the bottom of the torch.  Inflate all the way, then
fold in half.  Twist together like a candy cane to the top, and twist
together.  If you've got a long end, loop that in and the two bubbles and
one loop will make a great base for the fire.

1 orange and 1 yellow.  This is really cool if they're 160s.  Spiral inflate
and attach by the nozzles to the base that you made with the first balloon.
You then can have the kid hold it up proudly and say how proud s/he is to be
an American.
