By now I'm sure at least some of you have this feeling that Larry and I know
each other, and you'd be right to think so... However, not letting our friend-
ship stand in the way I have to make at least one comment on his ( and I mean
it IS his creation ) goofy..... WOW !!!!!!!

He showed it to me at a magic convention we attended yesterday and I have to
tell you it is a definate show stopper. (infact we found the first one I made
up on a dealers display counter.... Larry I thing you're right, we should have
demanded royalties.)

I opted to not put the wrinkles in and insted put in some short whiskers. They
may not be entirely correct, but I did like them. I also put in three dots on
either side of the nose for a 'stubble' look. I'm pretty sure that is correct
for him and next time may just do that and leave the whiskers out.

The hardest thing for both of us was getting the two 'lips' to stay nested.
For some reason the balloons we've been using just seem to slippery. If you
decide to do this wonderful guy, and I recommend that you do, if you're not
going to do it on the spot (ie: make him at home and bring him along) you might
want to try just a spot of rubber cement to hold them together.

For the hands and feet I just make three two inch bubbles at each end and twist
off at the first and third twists. This makes a 'tripod' sort of affair. On a
large pink panther that I do my kids have found that if you bend the legs just
right its possible to have it actuall stand by its self with these feet. These
things end up being about the same size as the kids them selves.
