Hi all,

The way I make a magic wand is I use a black 260 filled to desired lenght.
Burb it good so that it is soft enough for the tulip twists that come
later. Tie a small white bubble to each end of the black 260. Then tulip twist
the white into the black and there you have it just like David Copperfields!
