Subject: Pretty Blue

I bought a pump and some balloons that were made or at list distributed by
Gayla and it had the prettiest blue I'd ever seen in a balloon.
I thought it might be BSA sky blue so I ordered it but it pretty much 
looks like a Qualatex light blue.
Does any body know who made that balloon and what the color is called.
The pump was called Twist Ez and it says made in Italy for Gayla Ind. Houston
