There are actual standards and they are maintained by PIONEER, the parent company of Qualatex. It is important to note, though, that ALL info regarding CBA is decor related and becoming a CBA has absolutely NOTHING to do with twisters. For those of you out there, I'd be interested in knowing what you folks think about some sort of certification for twisters. After all, with the recent organization of Twisters through Balloon HQ, T & Jam, Twist & Shout, Millenium JAM, and other events, perhaps it's time to consider some form of formal certification and what might go into it. If nothing else, it might make an interesting topic to discuss. :o) What do you folks think? I'd love to hear your input. Jimmy Leo - CLoud 9 Balloons Long Island NY
