Subject: IBAC 2000 winners

I've been asked numerous times since IBAC ended to post all of the winners.
A few of the winners' names have shown up but I don't believe there's been
a full list available before now.  I really didn't want to post until I was
sure everything I had was correct.  A mistake wouldn't be fair to those
that worked hard on their competition pieces.  (Still, if you see an error,
let me know so I can correct it quickly.)  I don't have photos for
everything yet, but those of you that have been writing to me have asked
that I post what I can now and fill in the rest as I am able.
