Hi Twisters:
	I am doing some desktop publishing on the computer for my balloon
business. I found a real cute clip art image on a CD ROM  that fits with my
theme. Can I use these images without the artists permission? Or are they
part of the public domain. 
I don't want to print up a bunch of these and not be able to use them.
