That way you keep busy. New people coming into the restaurant see you in full action, the rest of the crowd is entertained and maybe some of them will even give you an extra tip. I don`t do restaurants (there just are no suitable restaurants for this kind of thing in Belgium except maybe Quick or Mc Donalds, and they have their own), but this is how I handle pauses when I`m busking.
