Hi all,
Thanks so much for your input into my decorating situation.  What to do if
the table numbers change on the event day.  Here's recap of your
suggestions.
Most said that they would not make any concessions beyond trying to use up
balloons at the event.  Some suggested leaving the extras for them
somewhere.  Only one person suggested  any refund at all.  What I decided to
do after reading all the input, is to give them a credit (for about 75%)
towards next years event.  The event was a large one, they were pleased and
I wanted to make sure they use me again in the future.  The money issue is
mostly mine, I don't think they were particularily too concerned.  Thanks
