Hi All,
Would someone be oh so kind as to explain to me what sort so balloon 
certifications are out there, what the requesites are, and how I would go 
about doing them?  I would also like to know, what is the reasoning behind 
them... is this like a guild certification, or just something for me to say 
that I have done to impress the girls at the parties?
