Steve had a point that I wanted to bring up about making balloons for the
staff. I'll make them during down time, but if there's no down time and I
end up making them after my shift, I do this on my own time. I'll usually
check out with the manager first or when I'm checking out, keep track of the
time that I was making things for the staff and then subtract that. I do
this as an extra thing to set me apart from the other twisters - and I don't
go looking for the staff - I just make things for whoever happens to be
standing at the hostess stand before I leave.

I never spend more than 10 minutes at this, so it's a very small thing for me
and a big thing for the people who get to take home balloons. This really
has gone far in my relations with the staff. Just a suggestion if anyone
wants to use this. :)
