I was commissioned to entertain at a barber shop (my first barber shop, be gentle) this afternoon. It had been advertised for a month, and the barber had assured me that there was a great response, that lots of people said they would be there. I accepted the gig, but not without explaining that I didn't see it working out (small barber shop, clientele mainly older gentlemen). What I got was an opportunity to practice for an hour. What the customer got was an hour's private entertainment and some decorations for his shop. All other agreements were honored, and the barber even suggested that we make this a regular monthly gig. He feels that it will catch on, and will bring in more young people. Who am I to argue with a regular gig? Looking forward to many more hours of down time, Jack Porcello "JP" Storyteller and *Airtist* Air To The Kingdom 67 Springfield Ave Rochester, NY 14609 www.balloonhq.com/artists/attk
