Subject: Cartoon balloon siting

One of the cartoons my kids watch, Rocket Power (or something like that)
there was a balloon twisting clown.  The clown asked one of the
characters what he wanted, I forget what the kid says, but it's NOT
dog.  The clown says "a dog it is".  Then the clown says a bunch of
stuff about how Flamo can make any animal, anything you could want, and
hands the kid a square.

I thought it was pretty funny
