If you ask me . . . thank-you, go right ahead . . . the 100 bags are another
way of forcing the metric system on Americans & a great way to get you to
buy more bags of balloons. It's great for the company's pocket book. You'll
also notice that since the 100 bag is cheaper, it's easier for them to raise
prices, which they have been doing quite handily. I thought about buying
solid color bags too, then you just order the colors you use most, but it's
not in the budget yet.

You can't blame Qualatex, but . . . "I love it when a plan comes together."
