It will be a long time when the balloonworld will step over to the metric
system with all those 1 and 2 inch bubbles out there. The metric system will
be introduced only if qualatex would rename the 260 to 5152's ;-)

I'm not such a "hidden why's" person. If you use an "x" number of balloons
you won't buy more because they are packaged in a different amount. Would
you be more happy if they packaged 10,000 balloons in one bag? that would
save on the number of bags you have to buy ;-)

It also depends on what you need with twisting I guess. 9 out of 10 times I
need a specific color and after grabbing the 10th purple if I search for
black, well.. ;-)
