Ok GUys,
Lend me your expertise.
I 've done company parties for up to 250 by myself but this happens to be
the biggest company within 60 miles of where i live and they are having it
at our towns new big arena.
In other words big time major publicity and the most money per hour I've
ever made and I didn't even have to ask nicely. they just plopped it out
for me.
What I need is this?
 I have 2 full time face painters and balloonists. But I'm thinking a crew
of 5 or six would be more appropriate for this job. they want me and my crew
for 4 hours. There will probably be 1/4 to 1/2 children there.
Do ya'll think 5-6 will be enough and when you go looking to hire what our
your criteria? How long do you train your people for.
